Registration for CL2025 is now open via the Aston University Online Store.
The following information will guide you through the registration process.
Please choose the appropriate category by selecting 'Book Event' next to the correct option.
If you are registering on the Single Day Rate, you will be asked to select the day of the conference you would like to attend at the Checkout.
If you wish to register for the pre-conference workshop day, attend the CL2025 conference dinner, and/or book discounted accommodation at University Locks, please tick the box next to items you want to add to your basket.
For the workshop day item, you will be asked to sign up for your chosen workshops at the next step.
For the accommodation item, you will be asked to specify the dates of your reservation at the Checkout. Please bear in mind that this accommodation is available within a window spanning Saturday 28th June - Friday 4th July. So, if you wish to reserve the accommodation (for example) from Sunday 29th June (check in) to Thursday 3rd July (check out), select '4 Nights' on this screen and you will be able to provide your check-in and check-out dates at the Checkout.
Where at all possible, please decide upon the additional items you wish to book at the point of registering for the conference, as it may not be possible to add these separately after you have paid the registration fee.
Once you have added any additional items, select 'Confirm Items' and then 'Add to Basket'.
Please review the items in your shopping basket to ensure you have made all the correct selections. If you are happy to proceed, select 'Proceed to Checkout'.
If you have yet to register for an account in the Aston University Online Store, you will be required to do so before proceeding to the Checkout.
Please enter your personal details, dietary requirements, and any accessibility requirements, before responding to the questions where relevant to your chosen additional items.
For the accommodation item, the form asks you to re-confirm the number of nights you would like to book. Please ensure your selection matches the selection you made earlier. Then select your chosen check-in and check-out dates.
For the workshop item, this is where you choose the workshops you'd like to attend. Only minimal information is provided in the form - please refer to the workshops page for detailed information.
Once you have answered all of the relevant questions, select 'Continue'.
The system will ask you to confirm the payee name and billing address. You will then be asked to enter the debit / credit card details in order to complete the payment.
Credit / Debit card is the only available payment method in the online store. If you are unable to pay via this method, please email the CL2025 organising committee.
